Range Score Responses

I need to be able to provide an individual response summary result per question according to how the person answers the assessment. The question will be set up in Likert format (most to least like me). Each response choice will be weighted so that I can assign it a value that upon completion of answering the question, it provides a summary "result" according to their selection choices. Response ranges will be 1-39 low, 40-59 medium, 60-100 high. Each one of the range results will have a summary for respondents to read that correlates to how they responded to the question. Then, I want to email them a copy of their results that includes the summary results. 

Please advise.
