re an Archive option in addition to a file delete
HI would like an option to be able to archive a file (candidate, client or contact) in addition to deleting.
Reason,for example - I have a contact leave a client and all communication is liked to that contact. In six months time, I need to check something that was said by that Contact relating to a placement or I want to look at notes from when they were there, it would be good to have an option to go though achived files that I I can still put up if needed. There are times that deleting is good but times a achive so we can not see but still have the ability to find if needed in the future.
