Recording Control - start/stop functionality + local saving

We are currently exploring Zoho Assist as an alternative to our current unattended access software. One feature that would allow us to look at the professional version of Assist vs standard is the recording feature. However, there are a couple of options I would like to inquire about, as it would prevent us from using the recording feature:

1) Unless I am not looking in the correct place, the option that exists is to automatically record every single session, or disable recordings completely. Our agents who perform customer support tasks and who would use recording as a possiblity will not need the entire session recorded, but be given the ability to start a recording when they are ready to capture an issue or set of actions, and stop the recording when they wish. Are you planning on adding this ability?

2) As we deal with sensitive healthcare data, we would not be able to manage cloud-based recordings of screen videos that may contain such data. Is there an option to not save to cloud storage, and simply capture and save recordings to the agent's local device?
