We need a mechanism to record a submission, after it has been submitted using other means. Just changing the candidate's status will not make it appear in the correct reports."
We have just been asked by a client to provide a full lust of all candidates submitted over the past year but Zoho hasn't recorded any of this information.
Every other system I have used over the past 20 years has always allowed you to easily record this info, but it still seems that on Zoho when you change status to submitted to client it doesn't leave a tracking record which seems to be a big problem with the system.
Any info/ideas much appreciated.
