Continuons notre série, la découverte de Zoho Recruit - un outil complet de gestion des activités RH inclus dans Zoho One! Découvrons dans cet article comment configurer le process de recrutement sur Zoho Recruit.

Pipeline d'embauche

Le pipeline d'embauche vous donne une perspective à 360 degrés de vos offres d'emploi. Il vous donne un aperçu des étapes de toutes vos candidatures dans Zoho Recruit. Il vous aide à savoir à quelle étape se trouve actuellement chacune de vos candidatures et couvre toutes les différentes étapes du processus d'embauche, de la sélection au refus ou à l'archivage pour chaque poste à pourvoir.

Étapes par défaut

Présélection : Il s'agit de l'étape d'entrée pour toutes vos candidatures
Embauché : Lorsque vous faites passer une candidature aux statuts "Embauché", "Rejoint", "Absent", "Converti en employé", elle passe à l'étape "Embauché".
Refusé : Lorsqu'une candidature est classée dans la catégorie "Refus d'entretien" ou "Refus", elle passe à l'étape "Refus".
Archivé : Lorsqu'un candidat postule à deux postes différents et qu'il a été embauché pour l'un d'entre eux, la candidature pour le second poste sera transférée aux archives.
Vous avez deux ouvertures pour un poste en particulier et vous avez reçu cinq candidatures. Lorsque vous avez procédé aux deux embauches, les trois candidatures restantes sont automatiquement transférées aux archives.



Créer une étape

  • Paramètres > Personnalisation > Pipeline d'embauche
  • Cliquez sur "Ajouter une étape"
  • Saisissez le nom de l'étape et choisissez une couleur. (Note : deux étapes ne peuvent pas avoir la même couleur.)



Une fois que vous avez terminé de créer une étape, vous pouvez y mapper des statuts de candidats.
  • Sélectionnez "Mapper le statut".
  • La liste des statuts des candidats qui n'ont été associés à aucune étape s'affiche.
  • Sélectionnez les statuts que vous souhaitez associer.
  • Sélectionnez l'étape à laquelle vous souhaitez associer les statuts.
  • Cliquez sur Mapper.

Créer un statut

  • Cliquez sur "Gérer le statut"
  • Cliquez sur "+" et saisissez le nom de statut et mappez avec une étape, enregistrez.
  • Voici une nouvelle étape créée.

Accéder Pipeline d'embauche

Vous pouvez voir le pipeline d'embauche pour chaque candidature depuis le module "applications". Vous pouvez également avoir un aperçu global de tous les recrutements depuis le widget "Pipeline d'embauche" depuis le tableau de bord.
