Relate a Connect Task to a Desk Ticket (Integration between Connect and Desk)

Would like to be able to lookup and relate a task in Connect to a Desk Ticket. We want to reduce the locations where our developers have to visit to keep notes on a issue or task. (We only use Project/Bugs) for large projects..but for Break/Fix we use Connect to track open tasks.

Also, we would like the Desk Ticket to be related to the Connect task so Customer Support agent can see what is going in the process of resolving the issue/task.
