Related companies

Most of my customers own many other businesses that are all separate business entities. When I am meeting with the business owner I am talking about all of his companies but I do not want to have 20 different leads for the same person.

How can I enter a parent organization or lead and link his other 20 businesses to that so when I pull up that lead it shows me all of his locations?
