Remote Assist Reboot - User can't login

Last night one of our support agents was using Zoho Assist doing a remote assist session.  A reboot was required. Upon rebooting the Windows 10 user says he can't login and that he is getting an invalid password error.  

Is this a known problem? Any thoughts?  Awaiting customer to arrive at work today to attempt safe mode boot.
