Remote Command Prompt not available in desktop app?

Any time I attempt to launch remote CMD and other advanced features from the Zoho Assist desktop app, it opens a web browser and brings me to a purchasing page for the service I already have. I can then log in to my account, close the desktop app sessions, and use these features in the web-based version of the app. Is this intended functionality of the desktop app, to limit its functionality in a way that really renders it pointless? If I need to go from a normal support session to using remote CMD it's silly to have to switch to a web-based version of the same app... this has to be a bug..... why would I install the desktop version at all if I have to launch the same application in the browser just to use it 100%?
