I wish to seek for clarification; I believe this scenario is not an issue from Zoho mail.
I am using an ESP call mailingboss, from Builderall,
In my email list, I set a notification to send an email to my email (me@mydomain.com) whenever a lead capture.
The email ID I set as a recipient for this notification is an email hosted in zoho mail (me@mydomain.com).
Everytime I get a lead, no notification receives.
When I set the notification recipient to my Gmail, every lead I capture, I was able to receive notification at my Gmail.
I report this issue to builderall, and they support mention that the issue is from Zoho, I should ask Zoho why I don't receive the notification email.
In such a situation, I believe the builderall email server detects that my domain as part of the system, so they keep send the notification back to their own email, and it was unable to send the email to remote server (zoho)
I face such a similar situation before in cpanel server and I had to set the "Remote Mail Exchanger" as routing in order to solve the issue.
Yet when i explain to builderall, the support mention is zoho issue, asking me to check with zoho
I would like to seek clarification. Am I correct that builderall require to set the remote mail exhanger correctly and the issue is not from Zoho?
