Remove CRM from Zoho One to use as standalone application?
We currently have the flexi subscription option for Zoho One. We have a business requirement where we need staff who do not have a Zoho One license, to be able to have access to the CRM application. The reason being they will never have use for other applications with Zoho One. Zoho One's FAQ page states that it's possible to remove an application from the Zoho One bundle and license it separately.
To me that indicates that it would be possible for our Zoho One users to retain their Zoho One licenses and utilise CRM separately, while also allowing us to provide CRM licenses only to the staff who need just CRM access. If this is the case (confirmation on the above would be great), does anyone know happens with:
- Existing data - would the standalone CRM application retain the data that it had when it was part of the Zoho One bundle?
- Integration - Would the standalone CRM application still integrate with Zoho One for users who have a license for both CRM and Zoho One?

How to Add Users to your Organization in ZohoMail?
A better clarity so you can create other users to start using Zoho Mail. You can directly Add Users from the Control Panel to your Organization. You can invite users with the existing email address. If the person (user) already uses ZohoCRM, then you can import users from Zoho CRM. You can also import them using a .csv file. (if you are planning to add them in Bulk) In this topic, We will be discussing on how to Add and Invite users only. The Import options are self explanatory. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________
