Renaming survey response with a field from the survey form upon export
Is it possible as I export a submission for it to save the survey name based on a field in the survey? Ideal for me would be if I could export multiple submissions from a survey form and they save by the name field of the submission onto my computer once I export. Then instead of Report 1, Report 2, etc. I would have Report - Joe Smith, Report - {First Name} {Last name}, etc. Is there an option for that like a mail merge that could catch that field in the survey name upon exporting?
