Hi guys,

I'm new to zoho creator and I'm struggling to find why to reorder a waiting list I have.

For example I have these records:

Positon, name

1, dave

2, steve

3, bob

4, clive

5, phil

What I'd like to be able to do  is to move Steve from position 2 to position 4 and then have the list reordered from 1 to 5 with Steve in his new position.  

Does anyone have any solutions they already use? Is a workflow they way to go? (I have played but I can't quite think out the logic) Or is there something built in that I am missing?
