Replace Lookup fields ID value with their actual name and adding inormation from subforms

Hi everyone,

I wanted to see if someone smarter than me has managed to find any solutions to two problems we have. I will explain both below.

To start we are syncing data from Zoho CRM to Zoho Analytics and I will use the Sales Order module when giving the examples but the problems are the same for any module really.

When we sync over the data each lookup field is displayed as an ID number instead of the actual text name of the account. I know that we can create reports and used data from multiple tables but this does not work for Tabular views that we would need to create in a couple of cases. Is there a way to set it up so that instead of showing the ID that the names of the lookup field records are shown instead? In our case this is essential and the entire platform becomes pretty much useless if we cannot, since we need to present data on a per-customer basis and if we cannot see the names in the account name lookout, for example, we are stuck.

The second thing we have not managed to figure out is how to create one table that includes that date from the Sales Order module as well as the subform that is included called ordered items. Currently, these two are imported as two separate tables in Analytics even though they are a part of the same module. My guess is that it might be related to Query Tables, but I have yet to find any good examples of how it can be set up.
