When I have looked at the numerous pre-built reports in ZA, all of them are mainly for company wide data such as total sales, total service tickets in a month etc.
Is it possible to use AI to generate dashboards for employees that show list of their CRM tasks, CRM opportunities, Desk tasks, Project tasks and so on? Right now if you are a small business where one employee might use both CRM, Projects and Desk, there is no single place to go to see all your work.
I would like to know if it would be possible to create one using AI?
