Ploting a bar chart horizontally looks better when you view a chart in a narrow layout such as mobile view. This can be easily done in Zoho Analytics. 

To create a horizontal bar chart, drop columns in the fields as given below.

• Y-Axis - Drop the dimension column (to categorize the data).
  
• X-Axis - Drop the metric column.

You can also create a horizontal stacked bar by categorizing the data by Color field as shown below.
