Reporting phishing emails to Zoho?

I came across a few threads after searching for info about reporting phishing emails to Zoho. From what I read, it appears that Zoho doesn't want to hear about phishing. You suggest marking such messages as Spam. Phishing and spam are separate issues, and I believe that phishing is the more dangerous. A user who is not paying close attention is in danger of giving away important data - usernames, passwords, email addresses, SSNs, etc. - to people who are happy to misuse such data and victimize email users.

By suggesting that Zoho users report phishing emails as spam, you do no favors for your users or for yourself. Being perceived as "soft" on phishing ensures that an email provider's users will receive more of it; it also means that the company will be graded badly on websites such as MyWot that enable such grading. There are many people on such sites who downgrade any Internet company for the slightest reason, and other people who are willing and waiting to be told the worst about each of those companies. There's a lot of paranoia out there - not it's necessarily unwarranted.

I'd love to read that Zoho is dealing seriously with phishing. I just can't find anything on the web site that convinces me of that. I'd rather have the hassle of Google's marketing and data mining, which can often be evaded, than receive phishing emails from sketchy character from Asia, former SSRs, the Americas, or... anywhere. Please advise as to Zoho's policy on preventing phishing emails from reaching user's inboxes and reporting them to Zoho when one gets through.
Thanks.

(I do recognize these emails, but that's because I don't trust the Internet - email from a friend may not really be from that person, it's easy to produce an email that looks legit, etc. You need a degree of street smarts, too.)
