I have a healthcare feed back form with radio buttons haviing performance basis values  like Excellent, Good, Fair, Poor . In report section, need to highlight the questions with "Poor" value ( may be a color change like RED).

Also, on review these type of poor response, admin needs to update the issue is rectified on a popup /textbox, that will be viewed only by admin. Once the popup./text box is filled and saved , the highlighted color needs to change as GREEN.
