I am writing to request assistance with an issue I am experiencing with my Zoho Mail account. Previously, my domain "baitest.net" was linked to Zoho Mail, and I had an email address at Zoho: support@baitest.net. However, the domain expired, which rendered this email address unusable.
I have since reactivated the domain, but I am encountering problems accessing my Zoho Mail admin account. Specifically, I am unable to access the admin panel because the email address associated with the admin account, baitest.net@gmail.com, is no longer in use and I cannot access it through Google.
Despite removing all MX and DNS records and attempting to re-register the domain with Zoho, I am receiving an error message stating that the domain is still linked. Therefore, I kindly request that Zoho remove the domain from all linked accounts so that I can set it up anew.
Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
