I’m a small retailer, and I've been using Zoho Books to manage my billing and accounting. As a retailer, customer loyalty is essential to my business. Offering a loyalty program where customers earn points for their purchases encourages them to return and shop with me again. This feature is available in various billing software solutions and in Zoho Books' Premium plan. However, as a small business, it's challenging to afford the Premium plan just to access the loyalty feature.
I believe that a loyalty program is essential for many small retailers like myself. It would be incredibly helpful if Zoho Books could include this feature in the Standard plan. Adding loyalty points functionality would empower small businesses to grow their customer base and foster repeat purchases without needing to upgrade to the Premium plan.
If anyone in the community has a similar need or has found workarounds, please share your insights. Zoho Team, please consider this feedback. Your support for small businesses is much appreciated, and adding this feature to the Standard plan would be a game-changer for us.
