I noticed upon using ZOHO for months now that there are some really good features in the product. I like the idea to mandate or control fields of which ones are needed when adding to the LEADs area in the CRM.
We have required our users upon inbound calls to type in the first and last name, and recently noticed that several are random characters on the last name, meaning they have filled in the proper name. Speaking to the reps, they have inbound calls from mobile users and sometime lose the contact mid-conversation and never gather the details. Or the lead emails with partial info or bad data and we want to remove it. But it is always requiring data in the last name field.

This looks bad in reporting and management is asking why we can't leave this blank like in our old CRM.
It would be nice to allow this to be optional or blank so we can please everyone.
