It seems as though when I schedule an interview and share an iCal with all individuals involved, it creates separate calendar meetings for every individual. Also, even if I update the time of the Interview record itself within Zoho Recruit and share with everyone involved it creates all new calendar meetings rather than updating the pre-existing calendar meetings.
This would be a much better feature if it updated one calendar meeting for everyone in case updates need to be made.
A few additional notes in case someone reads this: when opening the iCal in Outlook it does not seem to save it to my calendar but it worked fine when testing with my Gmail account. Also, being able to propose time slots that the candidate or hiring manager can select would be beneficial and cool as well.
Other than that, my experience with Zoho Recruit has gone pretty well.
