[Resolved] Service Alert: Messaging Slowness in SalesIQ (IN DC)
The issue is been resolved now and all the operations function as normal.
We are currently experiencing slowness in messaging operations within SalesIQ, starting from October 21st, 10:05 AM (IN DC). We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We have made significant improvements to the situation and are actively working on resolving the issue with top priority. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.
Please note that all other SalesIQ operations and data centres function as normal.
