Restrict Employees Access to Zoho Support

Dear Zoho Support Team,

Greetings!

I am the focal point for all Zoho-related matters in our organization, and I would like to request the following features to help us streamline and centralize our support interactions.

We request that zoho one support (or any other zoho support department) will allow us to designate specific users who are allowed to contact Zoho Support directly and that for users who are not designated, any attempts to contact support should be redirected to the designated focal point (e.g., myself) for approval before the ticket is submitted to Zoho.
These capabilities would greatly enhance our internal processes and ensure better coordination and oversight.
