Resume Parser Functionality? When does it work?

Resume Parser Functionality? When does it work?

I recently began using Recruit and posted job openings on multiple job boards. However, I noticed that the resume parser did not activate for the first application I received from talent.com.  I would prefer if all resumes, regardless of their source, could be parsed automatically. Is there a way to ensure this?
