please add a returns module where we as the purchaser will create a return from Inventory that is emailed to the supplier and/or displayed in the supplier portal for them to login for further details/notes. They will approve or deny and provide a RMA number which we stick on the box and upload courier details for collection. This offers are better tracking system for returns.

At the moment we have to write an email and type out each item, one by one, which is timing consuming. On top of that we have to track the return on a separate document or software.
