Reuse fields on other forms

I'm only just beginning to use Forms, though we have a custom form in Creator currently. Once I create a pick list with custom values on a form in Zoho Forms, is it possible to reuse that same field/picklist values on another form?

For example, I want a list of what ownership group our customer may belong to on the signup form. I have multiple signup forms (this is necessary for various business purposes) that I would want this list to show up on. Do I need to make it from scratch each time? What if I need to change a value? Do I have to change it everywhere, or can I just change it somewhere once and it applies to all?
