Hi, I'm a pretty new user to Zoho Recruit and i have a burning question

This is about the option - Revenue Per Position, while creating job openings

Here is an example: Let's say i signed an agreement with a client which outlines - for every successful placement the client pays 15% of the CTC Offered to a candidate. Now, this client has 5 vacant positions for 1 role and the offered CTC is dynamic since it depends on a candidate's current ctc and overall experience. 

Candidate A: Get's offered 150,000 Per annum

Candidate B: Get's offered 90,000 Per annum

So on & so forth. You get the idea now.

I place 5 candidates all with different CTC slabs

So in this case, how do i input the Revenue Per Position while creating a job opening?

If i have 50+ clients hiring for multiple candidates for the same role then it's a challenge to input the Revenue Per Position since Zoho Recruit gives an option to enter a fixed revenue only.

I think, it would make a lot of sense if the same revenue per position option was available in the Candidate's Tab. 

What is the way out of this problem? How are other recruitment agencies working this out?
