It looks like RR (Time Warner Cable) has stopped Feedback Loop service. This means that Feedback Loop data will not be sent from Roadrunner's service to email senders in the future.
What is Feedback Loop Service?
Whenever an email recipient marks an email as spam, their ESP/ISP notifies the sender (in this case, Zoho Campaigns). Our system then automatically moves that specific email address to the Do-Not-Mail registry.
What should you do?
Now that RR is no longer offering the Feedback Loop service, we will not be aware of spam reports from RR account holders. To counteract this, please increase the visibility of your Unsubscribe link in any emails you send. A prominent, functional unsubscribe link will save you from the users who are most likely to lodge spam complaints. Maintain a hygienic mailing list, and you'll find that more of your emails are getting delivered to recipients' inboxes. We recommend that you remove inactive RR accounts from your mailing list and refrain from sending emails to those accounts.
