Role management in Zoho Office Integrator
Hey Office Integrator users!
We're pleased to announce that users now have the ability to assign role-based permissions, which empowers them to execute specific operations within Office Integrator and manage tasks like adding or removing user accounts and transferring portal ownership to other users. Office Integrator offers three types of roles:
- Super Admin
- Admin
- Developer
List of operations that a user can perform for each role:

Note:
- You can add up to five users to your portal, including Super Admin and Admins.
- Only Super Admin and Admins can manage the members and their roles in your portal.
- Each user added to your Office Integrator portal must have a Zoho account.
How to add a user and assign a role:
- Go to Office Integrator's dashboard and click Settings in the left panel.
- Click Manage Members in the Accounts tab.
- Click Add New User.
- Enter the user's email address and choose the desired role from the dropdown.
How to transfer ownership of your portal:
- Click the dropdown next to the user to whom you want to transfer ownership in the Manage Members section.
- Choose Super Admin from the list of options displayed.
- Click Transfer in the pop-up.
Note: The subscription invoice will be sent to the new Super Admin's email address.
How to delete a user:
- Go to Office Integrator's dashboard and click Settings in the left panel.
- Click Manage Members.
- Click the Remove option next to the user's name.
