RSS email campaigns not working for me : Does anybody use them?
I have been having quite a time with RSS email campaigns from Zoho. Support keeps telling me its fixed but after weeks it keeps coming back with the same errors. It's been a bit of a back and forth. I was just wondering if anybody else has noticed that using RSS campaign
- The email content does not show the correct preview of the feed
- The update feed button does not update the feed (this invariably works)
- The send preview, may not always send a preview including your current feeds items
- When you schedule a campaign, the system doesnt find any new feed items eventhough you just added new items so you email didnt go out as expected
I would be pleased to hear from you if you havn't had these problems or if you have.
