Zoho Team,
First; let me say thank you for your fantastic product. I have two related questions about a document that is
stored on Box.com that is "auto-magicly" edited in Zoho when I select "Edit" when on Box.com
Question #1
I have an rtf format document stored on box.com. When viewed online @ box.com the page background color is displayed as white (it is actually green-ish). Zoho displays the greenish page background color correctly. I'm curious- what does Zoho do to get it right that Box doesn't?
Question #2
The same .rtf document mentioned above was written using MS Wordpad (Win 7 version). The document has several obscure fonts and Wordpad doesn't, to my knowledge, have font embedding ability. Box.com substitutes generic fonts when rendering the document online yet Zoho displays the document correctly using the obscure fonts. Does Zoho access my locally installed fonts to render the document or does Zoho actually have thousands of obscure fonts available there online to correctly render the document (or does Wordpad actually embed fonts) ?
Thank You
David
