I know we can create rules depending on actions (change of candidate's status would send a specific email template for example), but I would like to have it work the other way around (sending a specific existing template would change a field or the candidate's status).
By doing it this way I would still be able to change status without having an email automatically sent (which I do not want to do every time, sometimes I had the candidate over the phone and he knows all the details, I don't need to send him/her an email again).
Or, another option when a rule has been created and when we change the status of a candidate, would be to have the option to validate manually the send (or not) of the email. A popup window would appear, asking us for the approval to "send the email template", "modify it", or "do not send the email but still change the status".
