Running multiple businesses within one organisation.
Hi all,
We currently have two separate businesses within one organisation. One of the businesses has a full Zoho One license while the other has a Projects & CRM license. Both use the CRM function in completely different ways.
1) Is there any way to integrate the two sets of licenses together (potentially under a single Zoho One license?) so that features such as Cliq and Projects can be used throughout the organisation but other features such as CRM are completely unique to each business.
2) Alternatively, if this is not possible, can certain Zoho One users, alongside their existing access for the first business, be given access to Projects/CRM for the second business?
From other posts it looks like most people have gone with separate licenses for company structures similar to this but I'd welcome any answers/solutions which would allow for some integration between the two.
