Sales IQ stopped working

Hi,

I am running 2 websites with two chat portals.

For about the last three weeks things have stopped worked correctly.

Email reports only give numbers for one or the other website
Brand colouring of the chat widget is crossing over into the other website
The monitor "Visitors Online" (the main page of Sales IQ) is just a spinning wheel in the corner of the page (attached image)
There is no way to switch the "Visitors Online" view from one site to the other
