I have a group of telemarketers that need to be able to access a pool of leads. We should be able to define different groups of leads and who can access those groups. Once permission has been assigned for a telemarketer to access that pool, they are randomly presented a lead to call and after assigning a disposition (no answer, not interested, etc) they get assigned another random lead to call. If a follow-up is necessary, the telemarketer can take “ownership” of the lead and will have their own follow-up queue to work. Once the telemarketer has made a “sale”, the lead needs to get escalated to a manager. The manager needs to be able to escalate the lead to an account manager. The account manager will have a queue of leads with follow-up dates. More details available upon request.
