Sales vs target

Sales vs target

Hi,

I would like to create a combined chart, with target in line and sales in bars, like this :




The target for each sales reps is different from month to month.

So I create a table of target : (example of Q3 2017 below)

The problem is I can't join this with the data "won amount" from opportunities table.

How can I do this ?
