SalesIQ - Answer Bot - Seeming issues with language/localization
Hello everyone,
I am currently evaluating SalesIQ Enterprise to see if it suits our requirements, and I have the following comments/questions. Could you please help?
- The Answer Bot doesn't seem to recognize the language I am using in my initial approach (i.e., Portuguese, pt-pt)
- Depending on my questions, it sometimes suggests the only article in English when there are several articles in Portuguese that are a better match.
- At the end of the conversation, the bot widget displays mixed text in Portuguese and English (see attached image).
- Do the words or phrases defined in Small Talk have to exactly match for Answer Bot to reply with the corresponding response?
- Where can I change all phrases or sentences? There are localized articles and FAQs; what about localized Small Talk, Response, Behavior, and Fallback?
- Does the bot use AI to entertain conversations out of the box by generating its own intelligent phrases, or does it simply rely on Small Talk for that?
- What role does AI play in the Answer Bot solution? I am asking because I'm trying other bots that immediately start answering in the language I address them in and in a conversational way, even without any prior configuration.
