SalesIQ Facebook Messenger Integration-If an operator is not available what happens to the information from the chat?
I just set up the integration for the SalesIQ and Facebook Messenger. The messages are connecting with no problem. My questions is where does the information from the chat go if there is not an operator available?
Attached is an image of what I am seeing on the Facebook business suite I just need to know where this information goes when the final message appears or if I need to set something up for salesIQ to capture/record this information.
