An exciting new addition in SalesIQ->Visitor Routing, to route
your visitors to the right Users. The CRM
Lead/Contact Owner and Last Chat Attender options
are now available in Automation -> Visitor Routing ->
Route to Selected Users.

Let me explain with the examples how this would help you to
route your website visitors.
Choosing this option in the visitor routing rule will help you
to route the CRM based visitors directly to the Owner of the Lead or
Contact.
Example:
In my Zylker shopping website, I have allocated 3 Users
exclusively to attend the visitors available in my CRM, and the CRM
based visitors will be routed only to these Users. But, I would also
like to route to the User who is the owner of the Contact or Lead when
the visitor visits the website. So, I choose the CRM Lead/Contact
Owner option in the Visitor Routing rule along with the three more
users.
Now when the CRM visitors visit my website they will be routed
to the 3 users and also to the Owner of the Lead/Contact.
This option helps you to route the visitors to the Users who
last assisted the visitors via chat.
Example:
A real estate concern would like to connect their returning
prospects with the sales representative with whom they previously had
chat conversation, so the communication between the prospect and the
sales rep will be more effective and personalized.
So, the criteria is set as Number of Past Chats is more than 0
then route the visitor to the Last Chat Attender.
The prospect who had a chat conversation with the user on the
previous visit, will be routed to the same user in the current and
future visits.
