SalesIQ - Chatbot fails to assign user id to tickets in Zoho Desk

SalesIQ - Chatbot fails to assign user id to tickets in Zoho Desk

I've run into this issue where chat bot when associating a ticket for zoho desk can create the ticket just fine and pull the information until I add an assignee ID. then it always fails.

Is there something i'm missing? i've attached setting that does not work.  I wasn't sure which ID assignee ID was so i've tried with the agents ID in Desk and their Zoho user ID
