We are trying to create a customer satisfaction survey which will be distributed and tracked based on the recipient's email address.

What we would like to do ideally is create the survey and the email distribution template and then simply enter the recipient's email address and send the survey in one click. Form what I am seeing, every time we send the survey using the Email Distribution feature, we must manually re-create the survey email from scratch which doesn't make any sense. Is there a way to save an Email Distribution template for re-use on a regular basis?

Additionally, we would like to build this function into our internal applications built with Zoho Creator either with Deluge or some form of api call or webhook.

How would we accomplish this sort of workflow using Zoho Survey?
