We run a series of virtual offices in Europe. The post received is scanned and sent to the client trough email. I would like to change that. I would like to have a very simple online system, where the client can access with login and password and see his scanned post (pdf format) in chronological order. Eventually the sender and date should be show near the thumbnail. System requires security and login+password. I have tried Zoho docs but the interface is quite too complex. What do you suggest? I have attached something (very different) used by another provider. Thanks
