You can Schedule to automate the process of receiving the hot visitor list by email on a regular frequency. When you filter the visitor list, use the "Schedule" option listed under the settings icon and set an automated email process. The website visitors are filtered based on the given visitor history rule and sent between the set frequency on the mentioned date and time.
Let me explain you with two real-time examples:
You can schedule the visitors visiting your website from Canada to a particular salesperson for follow-up. Filter your hot leads visiting from Canada region with visitor history rule and plan it to Patricia (sales person) with all the info available in the visitor history.
Now, Patricia will receive the list every morning at 10 AM, which contains the website visitors only from Canada. The email contains the .xls or .csv file that lists the website visitors visited from the previous day 10 AM to present day 10 AM.
