Scheduled Calls Not Syncing To Zoho Calender

Hi. When you "Log A Call" from the Twilio softphone in CRM and then schedule a call as a activity; Zohocalender doesnt sync to the calender. Again it DOESNT sync if the call is scheduled from the softphone app using twilio in CRM. Could you resolve this please? Thanks
