Scheduled import using local database option (file location) and htm files

I am having an issue with the import feature available for scheduled file imports

Background: My quality team uses a system called Gagepack. Gagepack will automate scheduled reporting and save them to our network as htm files. Unfortunately there is not an option to save as csv/excel. Below is an image as an example of what the htm file looks like

Fortunately your system is able to accept htm imports when manually importing files, but not when using the “import from local database” option. In the image below are the two options I have for importing files, Option 1 can easily accept htm files buut requires manual file updates, and option 2 is the preferred option because I can schedule auto imports.

Using option 1, in the image below you can see that your system offers an htm (html) file option, which is great and exactly what I need.

Fortunately, your system is smart enough to detect the two separate tables in the htm file. One table has the file name and date, and the other table (table 2) has the actual data I need to import (image below). Like I said, unfortunately this option would require manual imports on a daily basis

Option two “Import from Local Database” allows you to select a local file as the source, and enter that files storage location, which is great; However I cannot select the file type, so I cannot specify it’s an htm file (image below)

When I use option 2, the dataset is all messed up because I wasn’t able to select “htm file” as the upload option Image below)

Is there a way to correct this in your system? Help would be appreciated
