Hi 

When a scheduled maintenance has been booked for a Technician then the Service appointment gets created on the the scheduled date

This is a problem because the Dispatchers will not remember that there is a scheduled maintenance for that technician created on that date, which means that they can create other non maintenance service appointments on that same day. 

The system does not block you from creating other service appointments for that technician for that date. 

In that way we are double booking a technician and will have conflicts on their schedule. 

Please advise.
