Scheduled Maintenance on 24 December 2013, 18:00 to 23:45 PST

This post is only for customers who have configured Zoho IPs in their firewall.

We are planning an infrastructure level maintenance on 24 December 2013, from 18:00 hrs to 23:45 hrs PST. During this maintenance period, all traffic from our datacenter is to be served from a reserve ISP. 

Due to the switching of ISPs, the IP addresses of zoho.com services will temporarily change. So we request all customers who have configured zoho.com IP addresses for various reasons, to configure this additional IP subnet - 165.254.168.0/24. This will ensure you have continued service access during the maintenance period. The IPs will revert to the old values once the maintenance is over.

Due to this temporary ISP change, there may be disturbances in accessing Zoho's services during the maintenance period. Sorry for the inconvenience this may be causing you.

UPDATE (Dec 25, 05:09 PST): The maintenance is over. All services are back to normal. You can reconfigure / switch back to the old IPs / IP subnet for the respective services.

Zoho Sites users: During the maintenance period, please configure your domain's DNS (A RECORD) by replacing the existing IP address (74.201.154.208) with the temporary IP 165.254.168.27 (this IP will be accessible 2 hours before maintenance period; revert to the old IP once the maintenance is over).
