Scroll time within the sheet and general delay is extreme

Hello,

I've been using Zoho in China for the last one year. The experience with Zoho sheets has just only gotten worse. Every scroll takes 5-10 secs. Every cell entry takes 4-5 secs.

Earlier i had gotten replies that it is due to "The great firewall of china". But thats is incorrect because:
1) I have tried using VPN servers from various countries which the same result. Even with different internet service providers. Basically all permutations and combinations.
2) I travel back to India and the experience there is still the same.
It just seems like Zoho sheets can not handle more than 5 rows of data and formulas.

I've gone through that "monitor while using method" about 3 times now without any real effect.

Does the new Zoho Sheets version address these issues? Can we know more details on what it will address and what not?
Is there a china server (which was eluded to me once) and a way to migrate all my organisation's accounts to the China server without breaking connections and dependencies?

I've tried mailing Zoho customer care but have received no response on it. The usability of the sheet heavily effects my company's decision to continue with Zoho or not.

I hope someone actually responds here.
