Seamlessly Sync Survey responses to CRM
Hi,
I want to send a survey to all our clients. It's 1 question and I want the answer to be recorded in the CRM.
Is there a way to connect/sync the survey respondent to the CRM contact without having the person "re-add" their email data?
In another words, By sending the survey from the CRM or Campaigns, can it automatically sync the respondent back to the CRM?
